Works fine and so far and has been weatherproof. Easy to setup with no special skills (reading labels on unit only).

TIC AMP10 Review
Considering the price of this item it's not a bad deal. My main complaint is that it arrived with no instructions. Other than that the unit is as described. It is not overly powerful so don't attempt to drive more than a small pair of outdoor speakers with it. The tuner works well as do the inputs for outside sources. I did not however try out a microphone. I am using it on my patio and I will be making a small box for it to sit in. Although it is designed for outdoor use the power supply states that it should not be subject to wet conditions. If I had expected more I would have given it 2 stars so I am on the fence with that.

TIC AMP10 For Dock Use
I purchased this product for use on a riverside dock. It is perfect. It is small and is sealed. The membrane buttons are waterproof. The sound quality is good and power is adequate. I connected 4 100 watt outdoor speakers and it drives them well. The unit comes with multiple cables for input. I was at first happy about that until the ipod cable developed a short very quickly. Oh well, I did not expect it to be included anyway. Considering the price, this is a great solution for poolside or dockside.

- TIC's weatherproof AMP10 is designed to be used exclusively outdoors at the beach, for block parties, by the pool, or for tailgating at games. Complicated installations are avoided by moving the small amplifier and signal sources outside near the speakers. Four channels of amplification deliver up to 50 watts of peak power per speaker. The AMP10 accepts 4 to 8 ohm speakers, opening up speaker selection possibilities. RCA inputs for a CD player and MP3 player, as well as a 3.5 mm input for iPods, are provided. A full featured AM/FM tuner with preset function is built-in so that you don't miss a second of the ballgame or race while doing yard work. Two 3.5 mm dynamic microphone inputs will make your backyard the place to be for karaoke (dynamic microphones not included). System expandability is supported with a 3.5 mm stereo output for daisy chaining amplifiers. Included with the AMP10 is a 12 VDC switching power supply that runs off of 100 to 240 VAC, a cigarette lighter power adapter, two 6 ft. RCA to wire speaker cables, a 3 ft. stereo 3.5 mm male to male patch cable, a 6 ft. stereo 3.5 mm to stereo RCA adapter cable, a mono male 3.5 mm to 1/4" female adapter, and AM and FM antennas.
